DISHES OF THE KINGS AND QUEENS
Kursi Lamb for 4 persons (24 hours notice required)
A whole lamb leg, spiced, marinated, dipped in chef's special sauce for at least 8 hours, roasted & garnished with a specially prepared minced lamb sauce, served with vegetable bhaji & special pilau rice
Kursi Chicken for 2 persons (12 hours notice required)
A whole chicken, marinated, dipped in chef's special sauce for at least 3 hours, roasted & garnished with a specially prepared minced lamb sauce, decorated with tomatoes & green salad, served with vegetable bhaji & special pilau rice
